This unique Siligraphy with a Chiapaneco EZLN is an original hand-made siligraphy using watercolour and spray (NOT a digitally reproduced print).
The Zapatista Army of National Liberation (Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional, EZLN), often referred to as the Zapatistas, is a far-left and libertarian socialist political and militant group that controls a substantial amount of territory in Chiapas, the southernmost state of Mexico.
This siligraphy is made by a group of artist from Wajiro Dream, a 100% Mexican Company and Inspired by the variety of colours and the immortal icons that enrich the popular culture of Mexico, seeking to rescue the Mexican's legacy through a new style called “MexiPop Art Design”.
This is part of a limited series of 60 units. Each of them numbered and signed by the respective artists.
Due to the nature of hand painting, each piece of art is unique and beautiful, variations and imperfections are to be expected and are normal. This only adds to the uniqueness of each piece, each piece is an individual work of art.
We believe that what makes these pieces so unique is the fact that they all have some variations from one another. This also means that the one we mail out to you will not be the exact colours of the one pictured.
